Due to the perishable nature of our products, we may sometimes need to substitute certain flowers or containers to ensure the best quality. Please rest assured that any substitution will respect the original design and be of equal or greater value. We are committed to always delivering fresh and beautiful flowers, with some adjustments possible to ensure a bouquet as close as possible to the photos.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

As we work with perishable products and our time is precious, it is not possible to cancel or modify orders already in production. Only delivery fees are refundable in these cases.
