We are committed to always delivering fresh and beautiful flowers, with some adjustments possible to ensure a bouquet as close as possible to the photos.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

As we work with perishable products and our time is precious, it is not possible to cancel or modify orders already in production. Only delivery fees are refundable in these cases.
